Why do these old disney cartoons never want to give a real full face shot of the parents or about every other human? Only one that had a cartoony detail was the aunt and everyone else like the parents had a more realistic look.

Usually, if the main characters are animals, such as in this case, the story is stylized to be mostly from the dog's point of view. They don't show much of the humans because they want to enunciate that the story is from a dog's perspective. Same thing if the main character is a child. The parents' faces aren't shown because the idea is to make the parents seem more like an ambiguous higher power to the child rather than actual characters.
