How to pick the rite HDMI for your set up

can aynonye help me my tv can show up to a 1080p picture but my ps3 is only showing 1080i and im using one of those universal hdmi cords that cost 40 bucks i think and i was wondering if maybe the hd componets wich are the blue and green colored cords can show the 1080p because this is getting me very frustrated and my tv keeps saying no signal when i try to switch to 1080p it says check outputs on device i mean can someonehelp me with this a little bit

My TV shows up JAGGED with HDMI when I use my ATI graphics card. I've used multiple graphics cards too. ATI Seems to not like HDMI O.o

same here, when i use HDMI and my TV is on for 3 hours the temperature of the screen is over 117*F

But with component the temp is under 90*F..

can anyone help me i went to a neighbors and the got a 1080p hd tv i switched to hdmi cable and wen i went back home i plugged in and its a standard lilttle tv and the picture wont show up is there any way i can change this?

I got 6.68 Gbps for 360 in 1080p, but i use optical for sound.

well if u had a good tv u would just get the bet quality gold plated hd cable the hight cable on dat chart is for tv 3000+

But you have to get the rite HDMI cord for the rite set up....

Like i use my ps3 for gaming, dvd's, music ect!

So i would get the 6.68 Gbps- 1080p, 12 bit color !
