@panther73beast Haha, i dont know about your school but most schools have equipment for runners. If not there is always the latter drills, somebody holding you while you sprint,putting on wrist weights(very cheap and usefull). Just get creative with it. Sorry for my poor english.
@blazinspeed23 yes and no... when u use the balls of your feet your eliminating the wasted movement of grounding your heels & lifting them back up (every heel step is .02 sec. longer than ball step) but your still creating the same amount of force

theres a difference between the speeds they're talkin about. ur forty time can be like a 4.9 but during gametime u could prolly be running like a 4.6 maybe? its all different in the game

this is a great exercise and if you don't have partner to train this exercise you can wear weights around your tighs(quadriceps/hamstrings)
