This video brought back all the reasons why I waited so long to buy a home here. I came many many years ago and fell in love with Cape Coral back then. I'm finally here & loving it each & every day. Thanks for such a great video
We are now selling land plots in Cape Coral from as little as $9,000 for 10,000sq.ft with planning permission. A nice little nest egg to build a home on and move to this fantastic city!
I agree with the Cape Coral resident about no trees in the city... I agree with them, its kind of barren. They should call Cape Coral THE CITY OF POWER LINES! Like Fort Myers Is Called " The City Of Palms "

A stunning Aerial Production! My Compliments!!! I wish It would have been filmed on the more interesting and beautiful Fort Myers side of the Caloosahatchee. McGregor Blvd...The City Of Palms.... Downtown Fort Myers High Rises....The Tamiami Trail...Bell Tower...Coconut Point....The many golf courses, lakes and gated communities....The Beaches...Estero Bay and soo much more to view from the air.
@WorldWideDiscussions Alligators eat kayaks and anything in them. Kayak at your own peril. They also eat dogs. Traffic doesn't exist, as all the old people are enlightened gurus and therefore levitate and teleport around. The summer is the low season, as people generally don't like the 125 degree, 97% humidity weather with daily floods where lighting strikes 1 out of 2 houses daily. If you are caught outside, you will either drown or get struck with millions of volts. move there!
@bretandorlando wow. im not sure all of your facts are correct. yes i know you are sometimes joking. I am not moving to Cape Coral, but I am moving to Florida. And I will kyak and I don't think I will be eaten if I am careful.
@selimdeslimmen Cape Coral is located on the coast of southwest Florida north of Naples and south of Sarasota. It is the second or third...depends on what info you use....city in Florida based on land size. It also features over 400 miles of man made canals giving it more buildable shoreline than any other US city.

Im 3rd generation of my family here in the cape and its a shame the town is turning into a dump but we knew it would, its always been testing grounds for realtors and investors, should have left it as pastures and farm land lol china should just by the town i think enough of it is for sale

This place looks the mutts nuts. What a nice city this looks and real estate is bargain priced at the moment with lots of single family home available in the low $50's. I want one.
@MrWeatherdude1984 My family and me have there a house for vacation and I like Cape Coral so much. But there should be more palm trees :) Then it would be perfect. I cant wait to see Cape Harbour *_*

We have a really beautiful city. It's too bad the residents don't seem to care about planting more trees.
