I'm not sure what this video is actually trying to say, when he's a black guy talking about being on the streets and wistfully watching some white kids surfing and wishing he was with them. Is it like when a black person dies and goes to Heaven and Jesus is white and so are they? I would have loved to see him wistfully watching some mixed races playing somewhere and wishing he could do the same.
