I used a Panasonic camera that I borrowed from Comcast (you can borrow cameras at your local comcast for free) I don't remember the exact model, but it wasn't that great. The Sony DSR 250s we have at MSU are way better but I filmed this in Massachusetts during Thanksgiving break so I couldn't bring one of those with me!
Hey. Wonderful visuals but they are disjointed. The two different girls are confusing. It would be easier if you focused on one, to make your story go better. Although for the outfits the white one's outfit isn't as pretty as the green one. The girl's eyes are very beautiful as one of your last shots. Maybe something better than her just laying on the ground to signal the "Aha! It's sleeping beauty." besides the rose.
Hey thanks a lot for the advice! The girl laying on the rock/ girl in black is my sister, and the girl in white/ close up at the end (thanks for the eyes compliment) is me. I thought it looked dumb having two different people, but it would have been really hard to have her change outfits so often so yeah, haha. I didn't realize it gets dark so early in Mass.! We ran out of time so quickly!!
Some of the shots used were beautiful, especially the ones with the horse in the beginning. The thing is, though, that I don't see any significance in the story or the characters relating to the song. It seems like just a bunch of people running around. I mean, I might know the story, but I'm not too sure. Hope I gave you some constructive criticism.....
Thanks, I realize that. The problem was I filmed this during the Thanksgiving break in MA (I live in MI) and we ran out of time filming all the shots! And it also got extremeeeely cold the day after we filmed most of it. The storyline was supposed to be "Sleeping Beauty's" evil spirit leading the prince astray and the good spirit trying to lead him to her, but obviously you can't tell haha . Well thanks for your comment anyways, I always appreciate feedback.
