Even more so, allot of moroccan israelis hold dual citizenship and officialy are still citizens of morocco. Not all arab jews have overtly dramatic ties with their country of origins. I say ORIGIN, because if you look at moroccan jews and compare them to polish jews, u'll see a clear ethnic distinction. Moroccan jews look moroccan because they ARE. They have mixed african, berber, arabic and iberian DNA, as do most if not all moroccans (both jewish and muslim)

We have a huge jewish museum in Casablanca, and many still operating synagogues in all the larger cities. Many historic synagogues are being restored and opened for the larger public to see. Moroccans speak with pride of moroccan traditions that were started by jewish moroccans, like per example the traditional 3 day wedding celebration that starts with the decoration of henna tattoos etc. Allot of moroccan israelis visit morocco over the summer and even are buying vacation houses etc.

Ok, so out of all the arab states with a larger jewish population, Iraq, Egypt and lybia behaved like dicks towards their jewish citizens, which is a horrible thing i agrea. But what about the jews per example in Morocco and Tunisia, ever thought of why it was chosen not to overtly discuss their jews? I know of many moroccan jews who till this day occupy high positions within the moroccan government like Andre Azoulay. And musicians whom r loved by all like samy al maghibi and pinhass etc.

This is interesting history, but for the David Project to put this film out as a PR tool for Israel's image is highly immoral. TDP should focus their energy on US-Israeli crimes, because those are crimes that they, as Americans and Israelis, share responsibility for and are crimes which they can do more to prevent.
