  • It was heavy for sure!

  • About how much do u think it weighs?

  • I noticed the string length from the bridge to the tailpiece is shorter then all the other ones I've seen. Is this the older bolt on model?

  • @bulletv1 Well spotted! It is/was a bolt on model, and It is the one I would buy again!

  • @bulletv1 i have the same model. the one you are talking about is the JP model that came out after this one. this one was teh first run of the double nekc. had pickup covers on both 12 and 6 string necks. this one is the rare one. not to many of them are around. i got mine in early 2000 had it since. it plays great to this day. only had to adjust the 12 string neck once that is it. the sound and feel is good quality.

  • Is that guitar made of plywood? Lamineted mahogany or whatsoever???

  • @SoNFilipe I think they were birch ply....

  • ever get the stache caught in the thing?

  • have u ever had any problems with the necks warping ? or the body for that matter, and does it hold its tune well ?

  • @5150stephen The necks were very stable (they are kind of short) and once the nut was fitted correctly (on both necks) the tuning was good also..

  • @TheEmac70 so there is a problem with the nut when its brand new ?

  • @5150stephen Just the normal Epiphone poor setup with the nut cut too high...

  • @TheEmac70 Hi there,

Nice finger stile technique bro. I'm looking @ getting a nice double necked and there's this new epihone (not sure what model) for $1000.... why would recommend a gibson instead? I've been told there pretty much the same think.... sorry to bother.

  • @sinphonyh I'm sure that the Gibson would have better everything, but they cost 5x more. Once set up and perhaps some better pickups, the epis are fine!

  • @TheEmac70 Thanks sir!! I appreciate your response. Have a nice one.

  • what is the first sad melody that you play?
