I'm tired of hearing people say "I got a mac so now I don't have to worry about blue screens" and "now when I got a mac I don't have to worry about viruses". The windows blue screen gives you information about the problem that caused windows to crash, that information can sometimes be essential for the repairing of the PC, while a Mac gives you a spinning circle which is totally useless. And Macs can get viruses, It's just not as common, and the reason for that is: Macs = smaller market.

That is not 100% true. You can set Mac OSX to show a very detailed start-up process screen, which can help troubleshoot any issues. I use Windows and Mac, and I have to admit that it is easier to troubleshoot a Mac.

It's for the same reason macs don't get many viruses. Very little market share = very little interest from hackers. They want where the info/money is at. Which is windows. But mac os x isn't too hard to hack. I did it with no mac knowledge and a little linux knowledge.

If I needed a network of computers i would use linux (not a fanboy by the way each has there strengths) mac: ease of use no bs good stability, pc: the most compatible OS with hardware but less stable than mac, linux well linux is stable not very easy to use but the kernel can be put on anything and anything can work with it VERY stable if you happen to know someone fluent in GNU coding
