first of all: the 80 series land cruiser had a third row seat and the cool box

second: electronic fold up/down third row seats make your life more easy. But when you load the back up with lots of stuff and dust, mud, water .. gets in to it, there is a chance it stops working. Manually it will always work (and much easier to fix for when you were able to break it) !!!

I would definetly step up to the Lexus if I was spending that kind of money. The Lexus has the ammenities of a 75k vehicle while the LC can be compared to a 30k vehicle as far as gadgets.
