Hey guys what was the video live where Vince kisses a girl of the show before the song ? Have you ever seen that ? I remember they were already old, so it must be something after 2000 but I cant find the video.

@1ballz08 In the 90's the Crue redid a couple songs like Home Sweet Home and Shout At The Devil, the version Motley plays live now is called Shout At The Devil 97... It's on the Generation Swine album or something
great song to play and sing when they were young then a part from the first 2 albums all the rest they did was pathetic. still Theater of pain was great.
@mercury4metal What are you talking about? Mick Mars sets himself apart from all the other 80s guitarists who rely on shredding the whole time, but Nikki Sixx wrote about 95% of all their songs. But the band as a whole is unique =p
Vince Neil has the voice for the band, and Tommy Lee is just fun to be around with (^_^)
@wimpyliberalbuster32 If I was lucky enough to go to a show of theirs and they played the song the original way Id be very disappointed and let down. This version rocks so much more and it is the song that got me into listening to Motley Crue. Its the holy grail of the Crue!!!
love motley crue...love the song...but wish theyd play the original rather than the remix or whatever it is live...the solo to this song is mint...mick didnt even play it
@pini16893 You can get this version on their Generation Swine album.I like it too because it rocks more and it's faster. The original is a little bit slower. This was a great tour. The one thing about Motley on this tour was they brought everything front and center and played a kick ass 2 hour show.

Why does Marrs play the verse riffz so different than what's on the album. It just doesn't fit for me. Sorry.
1ballz08 4 months ago
@1ballz08 it's the version from 1997
gimmefuel93 4 months ago
@gimmefuel93 Ah, I see. Is that when he started playing it that way live or was it re-recorded that way?
1ballz08 4 months ago
@1ballz08 it was re-recorded for the greatest hits album I think

@gimmefuel93 Oh, okay. Well, I'm gonna have to check that out then. Thanx, GimmeFuel93. I appreciate it! :)

Mick Mars, the only talent in Motley Crew. If he left the rest of the so called band would end of pushing a hot dog cart. (^_^)

Why don't they ever do the regular version anymore? They always do the 1997 one, which is not as good.

Vince sounds just like Brian Johnson on this one
GregHM81 1 year ago
@GregHM81 I agree XD. It's 'cause this type of vocal is used really much on glam rock, and Brian was in a glam band before AC/DC.
ironmaidengus25 1 year ago
@ironmaidengus25 Yeah but the strange thing is that Vince never sings like this.
GregHM81 1 year ago
@GregHM81 Not in the other songs, but he ever sang Shout at the Devil like this.
