  • @eggo001 It was a short film that they made for the song. It was part of a 4 part sequence of films that they did starting with the Adventure and then, The war, It hurts and The gift. If you haven't seen the rest then you should definitely check them out because they're amazing. As far as meaning something I think this 'war' is like a future space age war fought on the beaches.

  • thats wierd, it could, but tom said that the name of the band is "angels" which is a group of wW2 pilots, and the way they're going to deliver the sound is in airwaves. thats why the albums open up with guys talking across radios, you know?

  • NO, it's Angels and Airwaves. Trust me on this one. ;) Just AAA looks kinda weird and you'd have to pronouce it as "auhhh" which sounds even more stupid. So Tom reversed the middle A so it would sound and look cool AND because that way it'd be named after his daughter, Ava.
