Ah poop, you beat me to it. Just a few things to say:

During the second stanza (or phrase, if you will) with the bass solo, there is a trouble low note. Where you put down an F (I assume it was an F), there should be an F#. You might try it and see how it works.

Also, during the first stanza I figured that the rhythm for the chords went one-ee-and--two-and-a-ee-a-fou­r-and-a. Hopefully that makes sense to you. The rhythm you put in place is totally acceptable, though.

TUZL this is great! I love the instrumentation. The volume controlled cars at the beginning were sweet, and the Shy Guys are just great for this song. I like the percussion a lot too :-) Very nice man. 5/5 and fav. Congrats on 50 subs! :-D
