Not bad, though to be technical (hate to sound like a geek, but) the rain doesn't actually move. It's revealed by the green light that scrolls down. Check out a matrix intro to get what I mean :D

nice but one thing is the effect they show on Matrix is 1's and 0's otherwise known as computer language...but still awesome!

and it's not true either. The matrix code is made up of backwards katakana characters, numbers, and symbols.

I honestly thought it wasn't that good. The Japanese characters don't have that little glow around them, plus the distances were skewed.
