Crazy Cop - Florida State Trooper tries to kill the Hamburglar for stealing a sandwich

This cop is trying so hard to find some damage on his car,even if the sandwhich stealer bumped his car which i don't think he did,he was just trying to turn around when the trooper came up behind him! This trooper should have lost his job and did a couple years in jail for putting so many in danger! Look how this trooper almost killed some one and their taking accident reports because that all they know how to do!

Attempting to ram a police unit with a vehicle could be considered assault with a deadly weapon and is justification for use of deadly force. However this cop is seriously stretching it. The guy barely backed into him. Once contact was made, he stopped backing up. By the time the cop fired the guy had pulled forward. To me this in no way seems like self defense on the cops part. Its unfortunate for cops who aren't obese idiots that this guy will represent police as a whole to most viewers.
