My youth pastor created this video. The statistics show that people that have sex before marriage are more likely to get a divorce. If their spouse is not as good in bed as a person they had before them. Therefore they are more likely to leave for someone else. If they wait then that person can only give them the best sex they have ever had and therefore will not want to leave them. Spiritus is awesome.

If anything there are more divorces from people that wait because when they finally ended up having sex it sucked because neither person had any idea what they were doing. Instead of focusing on the negatives and scare tactics why don't you focus on the positives? Just because condoms don't work 100 percent of the time isn't a reason to NOT use them.
Nothing about teaching abstinence ONLY makes people think. Studies have proven that full sexual education has both lessened the amount of sexually transmitted diseases, increase condom use, AND has lowered the teen sex rate. The more educated about sex a teen is the more likely they are to wait instead of being scared to wait because they know both the pros and cons of their decisions instead of just the negatives. Actually we are able to back up some of the things we say.
As a matter of fact a vast majority of people who have sex within marriage have a longer lasting relationship, and have a better family life.
And as for sexual diseases, forgettaboutit lol.
Realistically it is only logical to have sex within marriage first.

I agree with the comments about educating rather then scaring. I think teenagers need to know what they are getting themselves into and know about birth control. I don't see the point in waiting to be married but I think it is important to know who you are consenting to have sex with really well. Wait a year or two getting to know your partner. It is also important to be ready to have a child in case pregnancy does occur.

IF people undertook sex before marriage and the marriage relationship did not successfully continue, it would be more psychologically & emotionally painful than if they didn't because of the greater pain caused because of more to regret, therefore having a greater long term effect in their life.
If the marriage relationship was successful and sex was saved for marriage it would be more joyous and emotionally gratifying than if they had not saved it.

Nothing about teaching abstinence ONLY makes people think. Studies have proven that full sexual education has both lessened the amount of sexually transmitted diseases, increase condom use, AND has lowered the teen sex rate. The more educated about sex a teen is the more likely they are to wait instead of being scared to wait because they know both the pros and cons of their decisions instead of just the negatives. Google it if you don't believe, which I doubt you do and I doubt you will.
