I have just one thing to say... randomly generated maps (with limitations of course, to keep everything looking nice). It would get rid of campers and keep things consistently fresh. Maybe just have buildings be in different spots and change their insides. Like have a small defending team in a house who get to check the layout of the house for 10 seconds, and then let loose the attacking team. They would have to breach the house and take out the defending team. Now THAT would require teamwork.
