I liked this, we get an even better feel of how you approve/disapprove of things...

But this makes what we want to see (apart from your lovely face, of course) a little smaller.... Is there any way of making the face-cam a little smaller or sort of in the corner of the screen/merged withing the screenshot, so that we get a better view at what the tutorials are about?

we used to use a mixer for this effect... and then walk barefoot in the snow uphill... both ways.

I like this this idea. It most certainly gives an extra dimension to a tutorial.

For an even more personal tutorial experience you could set up a third camera up recording your mouse and keyboard.

But for now the 2 screen setup is cool, it's already a much better setup then most tutorial makers use. Keep up the great work, Torley.

Thx! I don't plan to use this on ALL tutorials but where it adds "value". And do it for fun vids too. I also have screen graphic overlays for showing pressed keys — something ScreenFlow on Mac does fairly well and I wish Camtasia on Windows did.

HOLY SH** Torley, PLEASE.. for the love of God, get some medication for that A.D.D. ! I've gotten a lot of good from your tips videos... wouldn't want you to stop... many thanks and kudos... but O-M-G it's a struggle to sit through your spastic, UN-edited, nonsequitur-filled, bouncing-off-the-walls narration. What do ya think about maybe working from a script?

I laughed so much — but seriously, I don't have A.D.D. I'm excitable some of the time but I also have tutorials where I speak VERY FOCUSED. Newcomer-oriented ones are done at a slower pace. And see "Troubleshooting teleporting", that had a quasi-script.
