the pilot took the plane down himself without even realsing and he was supposed to turn on the AP which was only on for 3 seconds the Aileron was stuffed up but i cant remember which side and they crashed practilly after takeoff i think thats what happend
I`ve watched that episode too,it became similar like Eygptair 990,the case become disputed due to Egyptian and American investigation problems.Egyptians never blame the pilots for accidents,but the Americans have claimed it was pilot error.
The captains error not the co-pilot. When the plane was banking right, the captain felt like the plane was going left as planned and he could have used the rudder to ajust the plane and make an emergency land back to the airport.

It said on the tv show that she called her nephew and her nephew said on the actual program that he received the message the next day.
