There is no place in the US Constitution that states both parents have to be US citizens in order for one to become President.

correct, agent9752, the Constitution just says he must be a "natural born citizen," not merely a citizen, not even just a native born citizen, nor even the Fukino-designed expression "natural-born American citizen"...but a "natural born citizen." We need a finding of fact from the court confirming what the history seems to overwhelmingly suggest, that both parents must be citizens. In the meantime, there is one way for sure we know Obama's not a NBC -- he was a British citizen at birth!

The Wong decision includes a survey of history of citizenship law and concludes that British common law forms the basis for understanding citizenship in the Constitution. The court noted that under British Common Law, everyone born in England was a natural born subject without regards to their parents.

Wong was a 14th Amendment citizenship case, not an Article II natural born citizenship case, that only concluded Wong was a citizen by virtue of first clause of 14th Amendment, that's it.

A. P. Hinman published "How a British Subject became President of the United States."

Hinman mentions a few times the nationality of William Arthur and makes no case against it.

But by her own definition, both parents have to be citizens at Obama's birth. (by the way, this isn't true anyway)

But if you don't believe me, read what Orly Taitz filed in court. It's based on opinion, laws that don't exist and unfounded claims. That's why they keep being thrown out.
