i work on these type aircraft for a living and love how they are towing them around without the lower cowl installed=shorts brothers, the mfr says that the lower cowl is primary structure and must be in place before towing to prevent damage to the cowl spine=bombardier scews up again
There was a shot of the flight deck, fully instrumented. Was the nose preassembled and wired before it was assembled on the fuselage? Great time saver!
@Davio541 The nose cone and instrumentation get installed together typically, then they ship it off to the manufacturer, IE Bombardier, Boeing, Airbus, etc...
@EatMyPropwash Actually instrumentation generally goes in after major structural work is done. The flight compartment you see being loaded here is essentially empty in that regard.
