Aww, this is such a cute video! I enjoy seeing parents actually PLAY with their children. All of these new age parents are SCARED to actually touch their child in fear of hurting them or having CPS called on them. This baby is going to be just fine. I can't even COUNT the time that I dropped my younger siblings or played with them roughly when they were infants/toddlers. It happens, and babies are actually very resilient, ask any Doctor.

You have to shake the baby hard enough to cause bleeding in the brain. The guy's not whipping his baby's head around, he's not being rough, and they're on a soft bed on top of a bunch of blankets.
