  • What I like about this guy is that he embodies what it is to be fit! He's not some big oaf walking around unable to scratch his own ass. He is what the human body was designed to be. What it should be. Light, flexible and strong!

    I notice you do have more vids of you doing neutral grip pullups? is there a reason behind that? Would it still have as much impact on the lats when compared to a wide grip pullup?

  • Virtually every calisthenics guy I'm subbed to on yt has done a variation of this exercise; I can't help thinking it must be extremely worthwhile.

  • Timbah, when you open your own studio you should only workout with "boner" and "wet" exercises such as the don't get a boner plank, don't get a boner pullup, don't get wet squat etc :)

    I train people as well. And if everything is on schedule... opening my own studio for myself and other trainers in the next two weeks. *crosses fingers

    Been meaning to... and its not that I'm super busy. Between my naps, my workouts and my clients... I really, really just suck at time management. Spending waaay too much time playing Contract Killer: Zombies on my iphone as well. LOL!
