My Alpha Stim Experience - 10 Month Update

Just started using the alpha stim,im on day 3 so far,  my anxiety as got worse;(

Yes, in some individuals the Alpha-Stim can be a bit "Activating" and symptoms can get a bit worse for a short time. I actually had some insomnia for a couple of weeks but I stuck with it and everything normalized and then got much better!

Just wondered if you have ever had your adrenals checked?

Im in stage 3 adrenal exhaustion (low cortisol)

I have the alpha stim, but i think now i did not use it long enough, think i will give it another go..

No, never had my adrenals checked but it does make some sense. I would think that people with high levels of anxiety are always on overdrive. The Alpha-Stim has broken that pattern for me, though...
