FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SAYS THAT YOU CAN'T UPLOAD HD VIDEO DIRECTLY FROM THE IPHONE, WITH IOW 4.1 UPDATE YOU CAN. SO NOW YOU DON'T NEED ANY APP OR UPLOADING VIA A COMPUTER.
I just uploaded a video from my iphone 4 that i made on imovie but its not coming out in HD, can someone help me and tell me why? did i do something incorrectly?
@priapus72 To get HD video from your iPhone to Youtube in HD you need to do it via your computer. You can upload from your phone direct but this compresses the file and HD quality is lost.
Put the video onto your computer and load from there and HD quality will be seen.
@priapus72 You can't upload anything in HD from the iPhone yet. You have to put it on a PC or Mac and then upload it if you want it in HD. That feature is supposedly coming soon to the iPhone though.
@priapus72 u must have imported it straight from the phone. export the video from imovie in 720p (if you want it HD) then go to your computer and import to the computer and then get the file from the computer and put it in youtube and if done correctly it should work
fail marketting for apple.....everybody know what trying to do.......noob app...they didnt even tested it before release and you cant even use the photos and videos in your library without turning location services On.

It doesn't work on the 3gs, trust me because my friend tried to buy it for his 3gs and he got pretty pissed off when it didn't work
EnvelopeProductions 1 year ago
@EnvelopeProductions It's clear it only works on iPhone 4 only
Jailbreakers can try to make it load in 3GS, but you have to wait, i guess

FAIL you need a Mac to get 720p on YouTube, the whole point is to not need a computer...FAIL FAIL FAIL
JForney 1 year ago
@JForney You can export as 720p right to YouTube from the device. You should do research yourself, before you say something is 'FAIL FAIL FAIL'

Nice. I'd like to see some sample videos in less well-lit circumstances though; so far, all the demos I've seen are in bright sunlight.

I understand you can't upload HD 720 video from the iPhone 4 directly - you have to sync it to your PC or Mac first, than upload it.
