It is called a practice chanter, for learning the bagpipes, and I hate all of them! There are dozens of brands and types and they all have the same lousy problems no matter how much you pay for one. I would rather just use my smallpipes to practice on instead of a squeaky old practice chanter.

yeah practice chanter is a bit of a problem and spoils the sound unfortunately.

I am in major need of a new one so have no fear ;)

Mainly just wanted to test out new video camera so it wasn't the most precisely recorded piece of footage...
