I like your suggestions, buy I found the part about 'always playing perfect' not good, as you should really stop trying to be perfect I think. Otherwise very helpful about feeling the adrenalin as a postive thing
@angloman1 That is such a good point! I actually rarely use that phrasing any more for that reason. For many people the word perfect does raise feelings of striving, so it's really important to use words that make you feel great.
thank you! unfortunately, i can't access your website, maybe because i'm in shanghai, china (where i'm training), so i can't download the book :(. the sport is wushu, and the skills are an aerial cartwheel, a butterfly twist (360 horizontal twist), and jump inside crescent kick with a 720 degree rotation, and jumping outside crescent kick with 540 degree rotation. i just get in a comfort zone that i can't get out of, almost like i'm protecting myself or conserving energy. thanks in advance!
gina, can you please, please do a video on mental blocks on individual skills? for years i have been having trouble being consistent on certain skills because i just get scared even though i've done the skills several times before. i don't know what it is except fear and doubt, although i have done the skills. can you please do a video on this? i've tried addressing it with peak performance eft and also "i can do it" eft, but nothing yet. please help!!!

I don't think this would work at work, if you hate your job, lol.

Sure. I'll make a new video for that. Feel free to post a few specific skills. I talk about this idea in my book.
