what are your thoughts on the reliability of GLD and SLV? I haven't heard much skepticism of SLV but people seem to be skeptical of GLD and them actually owning the gold they claim to have. Auditing also seems to be a concern.
I really think they have the Gold and Silver but the only metal you can count on is the physical. See my vid on "silver trader strategy" to see how I use the ETF.Thanks, Greg
One more spike up on the dollar and it is all over. The bankruptcies and etc are denominated in US dollars. The advantage of being the worlds reserve currency. I hope people dump all dollar denominated assets on the next spike up. Russian central bank will be buyers of gold for the rest of the year !!!
Well Oil is the worlds reserve currency if you think about it since much fewer of us would exist without it. Iraq started pricing it's Oil in Euros instead of Dollars which is why we invaded. Iran has done the same. The dollar might be making a double top I will be watching this in my Vids.
I use the daily charts to enter and exit. When the present day's low is lower than the previous three day's low I'm out. But when the present day's high is higher than the previous three day's high I go back in. I use the weekly charts to determine the trend. You're on the right track.
Sorry not TPT -TBT is ultra short the treasury market and will rise sharply when the Bond market bubble fails. I will be mentioning when I would buy that but not right now -it's pulling back. Also I have my eye on UGA the gasoline ETF.
I have bought alot of Silver from Ebay and have never had a problem. Just check their feedback and buy through PayPal because they protect your purchase. Depending on how much you have to invest I would buy the containers of rounds. You can buy Larger bars for a little less per ounce. As far a Gold goes It might be a good idea to have a little but I only buy Silver due to Silver's undervaluation.
I am from the UK. Hello. Would you buy silver from ebay? Are they known for harboring sellers of fake silver/gold? There are 1 Kilo bars on there and I am very tempted. Also, I want to buy more gold sovereigns. Is gold a good idea to buy? Thankyou.
"Take the real and trade it for something more real" "keep it real". I love that, it's just so true!.
You're so spot on with that comment and I thank you for your crystaline thoughts. People can dress things up with fancy words and try to sound educated, but I'll always listen to the bottom line over any over complex analasis. Buying PM's right now is all about getting out of weak currencies. Trading commodoties back into those currencies would be loonacy. Bricks and mortar wins every time.

read ebay feedback from other buyers on any seller. I have bought a lot of nice rounds on ebay.
Hunt the deals there. Paypal protects you from fraud...

I'm also in the UK. Most guys on Ebay are ok.. but the price is BAD, £420-£450 right now. If you need some help I have a good supplier.
