rain dance and sunny day aren't like sand stream, sandstorm keeps up that way, rain dance leaves after 4-5 turns so that's why peeps dont often make it

No.......people use sandstorm because there are inmediate activators in the from of Hippowdon and T-tar, but, if you use sandstorm as a move, it also lasts the same number of turn, 5
