@knight2386 dude. the gn is 23 to 25 years old. and stock it smashes the $50k M3. so how is it a better car if it gets smashed by a 25 year old hoopty? the car sucks apparently. you could pay 50-60k for that bimmer or find a gn for 20k and that cute m3 would get smashed every time.

@knight2386 the buick is 25 years old. and today in 2010 the only car in bmw's line up that can beat it is the $110,000 m6 and it wouldn't beat it by more than a length and a half. BMW are shit, keep dreaming lol $110,000 m6 vs. a 25 year old car that wasn't even $20,000 when it was produced. fail

@knight2386 I've owned a BMW 3 series before, while they handle really great the reliability could be better, the repair bills always kill you too. I'll take the GNX over dealing with that crap ANYDAY!

@knight2386 I've owned an M3 before, & yes while the handling was SUPERB, it wasn't reliable at all. So many freaking problems with the engine, & electronics I don't know where to begin! The GNX is a legend, it holds it's own well against autos that are supposedly "superior" to it.

Well, it was 'street legal drag' night and you run against whoever you happen to line up with (unless you line up in the 'grudge' lanes, which was not the case here). The BMWs aren't THAT slow but the guy sat there and spun his tires for quite a bit. Still, it was a 15-second car vs. an 11-second car. It's all fun no matter what you're driving.
