Something I do daily to tap water is add a spoonful of calcium acetate(eggshells+vinegar) yielding CaF2(s) is the positive attraction of the Ca+2 ion enough to pull Fluoride from octahedral H2SiF6 ? I also add a bit table and epsom salt.

im really intriged about how he's talking about how long ago humans didnt have to eat much, that the atmosphere supplied us with what we needed.
