This is useless for most of the users. I'm using internet through my mobile phone; for which I've already a command installed. I've tried this and I'm sure that for the configuration settings of most dial-up connections; only a pre-fixed command can work. Internet will never get connected if you try to change it.

This won't work. If you're in the US or Canada, both governments have limited dial-up to connecting at 53kbps.
