hi idk if u can answer this but im getting back into weightlifting and cardio and im taking nanox9(its a form of nitric oxide) and im taking and ripped fuel by twinlab(form of fat burner)..plus im takin 100%protien shake twice daily..is this too much for me im 36 ? like is it going to effect me if i only take it for 4 months? thanks if u can answer that for me
