We never should have been there, it's up to the people of the country themselves to overthrow the dictator. Democracy has to evolve into the people of country, it can't be forcibly brought in if the people of that country aren't ready for it. It's similar to Russia, democracy came out of nowhere and people weren't used to the cult of the leader so once Putin came along with economic growth the people started to worship him and democracy went away again. The same thing will happen in Iraq.
