im the biggest fan in the world ive like them since i was five and i got to say the guitar player shoud never ever ever sing a song lead with GLEN in the room.
its funny Todd usually plays lead gtr on crazy life.....maybe he seems a lil nervouse.....probly needed to pay more att to the lead vocs......still great though
Yeah, totally! It's a great compilation. I think the soundtrack was actually better than the movie. The movie wasn't that bad, but the best part of that movie was the soundtrack. Oh, yeah, you forgot Better than Ezra.
I did, my bad. BTE rocks too. Circle of friends is a really cool song. I wonder why they didn't put this song in their Greatest Hits compilation. Am I the only one who thinks it's a good song?
By the way, I had the chance to see TTWS in concert last January. People were looking at me because I was singing this song really really loud.
there are too many good things about empire records to write down. we watch it at least every couple months or so. (of course, being a guy, liv tyler....uh, yeah)
Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. The first time I ever heard them was back when I lived in Brazil. I heard All I Want, and instantly fell in love with their music.
Funny... I always though Glen sang this song. Cool that Todd actually does it. He just seems a little nervous, but wouldn't be if you were filming for a major network? Yeah, UPN was kind of a major network. Todd's kinda cute anyway.

Empire records always brings me memories. I think one of the best alternative rock soundtracks of the 90's.
Gin Blossoms
Cracker
The Cranberries and of course Toad The Wet Sprocket

Here here I (the group's director) first saw them live on the mall in DC around the time Clinton began in office. They are fantastic.

An awesome song...thanks for posting this from all of Indian Country, it's my closing song on my radio show...pilamayelo, wopila tanka...

Todd sang about 25% of the songs......so i think they knew who had the better voice....regardless its still Toad and it still rules.

Said it before--One of THE best songs from that great musical decade ,the 1990s. A jukebox fave from the day.
The movie was only ok but the Empire Records soundtrack kicked ass.
