I used to work for Victoria's Secret Direct. If you think retail is bad try customer service over the phone. It's like dealing with YouTube haters times a zillion all of them after having snorted bath salts and calling from anywhere in the world cursing you in whatever language they happen to speak that you can't understand. I think our poor customer service reps could have gone postal straight through the phone if it were possible. lol I feel your pain. :) Shannon

To help you with your problem baking...use the timer on your stove to. And I'm not trying to sound rude...lol...i used to have the same problem as your having. I now can not only cook thanks to my hubby but I bake and I'm good at it now too. My secret is to never leave whatever it is your baking in the whole time. I take my stuff out anywhere from two to ten minutes early depending on what it is I'm baking. You could try those two things and see if it helps you in your kitchen. :)
