I sometimes move my hand so much to really get the feeling of porticello (crispy sound near the back, am I using the right term?)
but yeah still sound-wise his movement wont afftect so much compare to the one who simply move the hand back and forth near the hole and near the back. I think it is his mood
What is the purpsose of moving your right hand so much? It is REALLY distracting. You play too well and I find myself distracted by your hand. Is it for tone or what? Write me please
You must admit that right hand would have driven Segovia nuts. I'd love to see that Masterclass! I guess it doesn't matter how you look when you hit the ball, it's who has the lowest score.
Yeah I don't see why he moves the picking hand so much either. But who cares? It sounds really good. I'm a big fan of Segovia's interpretation of this piece, but this guy's interpretation is also really good, and really unique. Good stuff!
he's moving his hand because he want to attain different colors of sound..ayt..he is our faculty here in the cons. of music of ust here in the philippines..all hail sir joseph!yeah!
very good... you managed to bring out the melody just perfect.. too bad the sound on the video is bad. how old are you? and why are you moving your right hand like crazy ?
beautiful playing!

the guitar should not sound like a harp sequenced.

it happens when you know your piece so much and you don't think of your song... you just feel it

its personal preference. lots of hand motion in his case sounds like he is into the song and his hand is flowing with the melody

You are doing very very well !!
but to obtain different colors of sound you don't have to move your right hand and arm (!!!) *like crazy*
this moving is really annoying
