I think all of these are on purpose except for the prop fuckups (the biology samples and the windshield wipers and whatnot).

Obviously the first one is on purpose and if you watch the DVD commentary with the director she talks about how they put the ballet studio scene on the TV in the background at the hospital and besides it would be impossible to do it by accident.

When Victoria was in the prom scene by the slot machine, that wasn't a mistake. It was supposed to be on purpose, to show how easily she could blend in. When Bella was in the hospital, and the ballet scene was playing on the TV; Catherine Hardwicke the director, purposely did that to help Kristen understand what was going on.

I believe that the ballet studio scene is playing on the T.V in the hospital because as Bella becomes conscious, she is gathering her thoughts together and trying to figure out what has happened. On the same wall where Edward is 'sleeping', there is also a picture of the ballet studio.

People in wheelchairs can still drive vehicles. They have conversion kits so you can transfer the pedal controls up to the steering wheel, that way they can do everything with their hands. The technology has been around for years and years.
