LLN won't resurface because if what I think is right they are not the same people they were when they were 16

This... If i put this on my mp4 and put it on repeat, it would get extremely boring. Half of this song is pretty much silence, then i expect some kind of climactic ending. nope, more whailing. It doesn't trigger any sort of emotion, so i struggle to see the effect of it. Someone please explain? I'd like to understand.
