Safe mode and reset to a date that the virus wasnt on there..you may lose some good stuff beteen the virus time and the reset time.but you wont have a virus..++
wow... me a 15 yr old teen removed this virus easly ... here is how I did it
*restart PC
*As soon as it starts open task maneger as fast as possible.
*Shut down 9129589.exe or whatever and _ex-8.exe ( if you see it)
*Go to the All users and find the 0912895.exe file rename it
*Go to the start /programs/ find 91529358.exe rename it
*Go to Control Panel open Add or remove programms and find the file you think is the Security tool in my case it was some kind of Asyas(cant remember name) anti-vir
Holly shit just had this what a pain in the ass i did not buy it thank god but it would not let me in any of my main folders system files nothing i used fire fox and set it to safe mode and youtube it and finally got it off after several hours of fuck off's and son's of bitches good video guys
FIRST: reboot, SECOND:b4 virus loads up,press Ctrl Alt Del, THIRD run task manager.FOURTH: go to proccess to end the virus(the name is some digits, couldnt remember:P you gotta try to find it) AFTER THAT go to programdata, the virus will be there and delete it. if you have no idea what i am saying, search on YOUTUBE. : ) have a good day
i have windows 7 and i did all the steps of deleting securtiy tool and now it doesnt pop up when i start my computer but at the side of my PC t show a little option called "show hidden items" and when i click it, then i clicked on custimize and there are all of these other prigrams that are not harmfull or anything but then when scrool down it shows securtiy tool and a little messsage next to it says hide icon and notification and since i have windows 7 i dont know if i still have it or no
that's exactly what happened to my computer 7 days ago!!!!! i got to the point that i was tired of closing the boxes and woke up one morning and my computer was working fine!!!!!!!!!!!
its easy to remove that rogue ware ya got all you need to do is rename the file and the autorun will not run it anymore so you can delete the file after a reboot and it will be gone
I had the same thing happen to me. The virus actually got past Norton! We did some research and found McAfee is the best recommendation. We now have that installed instead of Norton to lessen our chances of that happening again.
A real Virus isn't as common to get over Malware. A root kit virus is possible to get, but not possible if you are using a 64bit version of Windows. If you continually are getting virus's or Malware you can use a program called Sandboxie or Defense Wall. What it basically does is anything you install it puts it in it's own separate process and separates it from Windows so it won't infect the Operating System.
The advice isn't exactly mine, but a Youtuber by the name of "Mrizos" He reviews and tests various anti-virus and security software. I know certain things about virus's, but not as professional about how to fix those problems as much as Mrizos.
I got this same 1, but I didn't buy it, however, I did click on it and it still was a pain. It was interfering w/ my pc performance b/c it kept popping up and blocking sites even tho I didn't buy. If peeps could spend as much time helping others instead of thinking of evil stuff to do the world would be a better place. What a waste of good resources including brains. I have special tech help thru Cyber Defender. They remotely fixed the problem, but it still tied up my pc.
Very informative. Yes, I experienced that recently and found out with Norton's that as soon as you accept "that free" offer, it went behind Norton's back as a malware problem.
When i got that all i had to go through a few (5) anti virus programs to find one it didn't
block and i finally got to super anti-virus free and now it works fine
