Great points Manzullo. Cap and Trade is a disaster and we certainly cannot borrow and spend our way out of debt. The plan to give business a monetary incentive to hire new employees is an absolute nightmare. Businesses will lay off unskilled workers to rehire new unskilled workers in order to take advantage of the incentive.
