I don't understand why you think it's deceiving. The title states 'Handmade Waterdfall Card' which is exactly what it is. I made this card myself, therefore handmade. There is nothing in the title to suggest it is supposed to be a tutorial.

Try searching the internet for a 'waterfall card template'. There are some out there which are quite easy to follow. ;o)
