    Tina is the best ...

  • & also may i add, that Tina looks F*ing amazing & youthful as always. God bless her. The one & Only Tina Turner, she is just a beautiful godess :)

  • This is a Great song & a very up to date sound to it. Though Tina semi retired at 60. She is retired now. While the music companies are just trying to get more out of her. She has earned the right more than any other singer to kick back her heels & take it easy now. Although we, her fans. Would love her to keep going. She has to retire some time. As everyone does. Although she said she may do another one off tour in the near future. We are so lucky if she does :))

  • Remember when she said she was retiring...I almost had a heart attack

  • Around 2:28 and some part of the song sound like MJ's Stranger In Mosco Song. But still, I give her credit for the comeback or staying power. In addition, does anybody know the album where this track comes from.

  • i dont like this song at all, ok she doesnt need to do a rough and edgy song, but she could find a ballad thats good, this is very generic

  • this'll make u feel better

  • what CD is this on?

  • absolutely track, especially when you are 70 and it's 2008. Tina, you rock and are forever

  • For the record this women is an icon. A person truly worthy of admiration considering all she has been through.

  • loved, haven't heard before.

  • thats becuz it was not made in the 90's try 2008...

  • Is it just me, or does this song have similarities to Tina's song "I Don't Wanna Fight", from her movie??

    General melody, soaring highs etc...?

  • This is my favourite of the 2 new songs :-) It sounds like a classic to me! I hope the writers (Guy Chambers & Pat Monohan) will be recruited to work on any future album.

  • I instantly fell in love with I'm Ready, but this song took me some time to love.

After I listened to it all, I can honestly say I love it!!!

  • YES, a new song....THANKS TINA!!!

  • This is a beautiful song. I love you Tina Turner... I'm gonna see you from the 4th row in Minneapolis and Dallas

  • TINA will definately be adding to her already World Record for most concert tickets sold by a solo performer by going on this new tour.

I can't wait to see her in Atlanta,GA in November

  • fantastic!!!!!! =)

  • Everybody listen to Tina Turner's Album "Rough" from 1978!! It's so really great!!!!

  • we must do something as fans, Tina deserves a single !! It is too unique that a 68 year old star sings so good. Concerts are nice for fans, a single gives more exposure and she deserves that!!!

  • what could we do??

  • does somebody ha the adress or email of her management?

  • I think that there must be a way to find it on the internet...The name of her manager is Roger Davies.

  • Again, I totally agree!!! But what can we do?

  • Yea...what can we do!!! Mabye we can do something on Youtube?

  • tina rules!

  • merci Tina!

  • I have a soft spot for Pat Monahan's songwriting, and this song has his style written all over it. Lovely.

  • Awesome, she can sing anything, I am so excited to see her LIVE twice !!

  • AWESOME song...good message and catchy. For all of you doubting that it will chart, you're missing the point. Tina is a legend. She doesn't need radio play to sell out concerts for her upcoming tour. She's not doing any interviews to promote it and I doubt EMI will put any money into it anyway.

  • These are awesome songs from Tina...even if they dont make the charts, she will sell out her concerts...either u sell records or sell out concerts...it's more enjoyable for an artist to know they sell out concerts, that means they have real fans...if these songs dont get airplay, its all good, Tina knows she is the bomb and no one can stand up to her...i want to see Whitney, Mariah, Britney, Miley, Fergie when they are 68...lol...some have already crashed/burned and not even halfway there yet !!!

  • Everyone wants Tina to record something...um..."nice and rough"...

but that isnt gonna happen. Face it. She is 68 years old. She's finished the hardcore rock. She was finished that a long time ago. Hopefully this becomes a hit in the US. Her last new singles were released in 2004. Open Arms and Complicated Disaster are great songs, but everyone is looking for something to top Proud Mary. Its not gonna happen. Just be happy she recorded these new songs.

And go to a concert to see Proud Mary.

  • You don't know that for certain!!! Tina is like a 'Phoenix'! She's already rose from the ashes!!! Don't count her out just yet!!!

  • I stand corrected.

I'm definantly not putting her down!!! Who knows what these song will do on the charts!

Im just saying that people are so ungrateful of the songs she recorded for us. Everyone wants something to top her last hits. Lets just be grateful for these 2 songs.

Thanks for the respectful reply PeterPiperBoy!

  • I like , but'a way too 90s inspired!

  • Yes, after listening it a couple of ti;es, this song has rythm and groove and is Tina, also very modern, fresh. Nice.

  • Babys got sunshine cause she dances through the rain

Mommas got a baby so she smiles through the pain

Daddies got a job so hes tired but inspired for a change

Cut out the window you can see it through here

Its like a new found restoration

    Theres a nation thats clear

    They got each other

And thats a whole lot more than some folks have

    It would be a crime

  • Hey thanks for posting... nice song - can't wait for TT to come to the UK! Does anyone know what happened to the brand new album we heard so much about? I heard Chambers talking on the radio about TT recording Robbies Williams Angels for the all new album... let me know.

  • come on people, don't expect new "whats love got to with it, proud mary or simply the best". those songs are unique and once in time... this new songs are good for tour promotion, and i'm sure when tina performs it live, it will sound even better ;) cant wait 22. March 2009 in Netherlands to hear it live :)

  • i will see her live in hamburg and cannot wait for it either. but there is a difference between having her in a concert, wanting to hear her classics AND listening to a new song. i must say that i'm a little disappointed...

  • I agree. I don't care what Tina is singing...I'll love it antway. I'm gonna make a fool of myself on Novenber 10th, in Atlanta, USA.

  • i love tina, but this is not the way to make it into charts...

  • Wow! Thats amazing that TINAS new tour is already at 74 shows meanwhile Maddonas latest tours were all shorter than Tinas... I think is the hardest working Rock Star even still today at 68!

  • rock it tina!

  • im so happy for two new songs hope one goes to the charts and number 1 ! hpe she opens with "i'm ready " cos were ready for you tina !

i hoped for a new album but there must be a reason for not doing one !!???xxx

  • does anybody eles hear robbie williams - "millennium" in this?

    love it - love tina

  • Yes, but it is not a song we can dance on in the Bars and discos. Please Tina, make a song we can dance on, one more time, please !!!

  • Yes, this song is better than the other new one. Indeed more groove, more variation, but still too much from the 90s. You won't here it in the discotheques and Bars. I danced my feet of with the new songs of Madonna, why is Tina not able to come with modern, R&B dance songs!! Other Producers please, she deserves better. Please Tina, give us a HIT, the tours will be spectacular but real Fans of Tina deserve a hit !!

  • well the thing is we convinced her to do a tour but nobody asked her for a new album! I'm sure she'd do it and her new album would be better than any Madonna album

  • I am guessing that Tina recorded more than two new songs for this album, but the record company and/or executive producers decides which to put on. The artists rarely decide which songs make it unless they are the executive producer of the entire album.

  • Love it!!!!! I like this one better than her other new track. This has an nice slow groove but still maintains Tina's sexiness....

  • Yeah I agree there is a nice groove to it... her voice is amazing in both...I just love her voice!!!

  • Great song!

    Where is it from?

    sounds like a B-side from the 80´s, or a pre-Private Dancer recording....

  • it is from her new album that comes out September 30

  • actually both sound like 90's pop music.

i don't know if it's good or bad, all i can say is that i don't know why but i simply like these songs, although they r so simple

  • nice

  • LOVE IT TINA. I LOVE YOU TOO.

  • GO ON TINA WOW !LOVE IT

  • Thank you so much for posting this! Tina is amazing!

  • it would a crime love tina the way I do.

  • people dont sing lyk dat anymore,,i myzz her,,,she iz splendid,,,just simply awesome,,, "Tina, iluv u"
