@mrbarandca Thanks! This was my first YouTube video ever, but it was certainly not the first time I sang that song. :) I do that song faster in another video, but the enunciation isn't as good.

@VoiceActorDreamer Neat. :) I watched your version and yeah, I think it was pretty good even with some of the slurring/mispronunication/miss­ed notes etc. It's quite a difficult song to perfect. I should have done mine with the backing track, but I didn't have it at the time that I made this video. (I have it now.) I also have one where I sing this song as fast as I can (within about a minute), along with two other Animaniacs songs ("Wakko's America" and "I'm Cute").

Ah. Croatia became an independent country in the early 1990s, and this song was also written in the early 1990s, so more than likely the songwriters missed it for that reason.

This is the complete song of "Yakko's World," which claimed to contain all the countries in the world as of the time it was written (I believe 1993). I am performing it, not writing it. What country are you thinking is missing, incidentally? I could tell you whether it's in there.

Now that I'm talking to real fans, do you think the show may have been cancelled because of the undercurrent of sexual innuendo jokes and hidden adult humor? Like when Yakko wanted to wash Beethoven's mouth with soap because he said that he was the world greatest PIANIST?{peeanist} was made to sound like penis. Goodnight everybody!

I doubt that's why it was cancelled really. I never heard any controversy over that. Ultimately things usually get cancelled because they're not popular enough. If something makes it past the censors, it's usually okay as far as adult content goes. Viewers might complain once in a while but it usually can't get a show shut down. The show ran from 1993 to I think 1999 so that was a pretty good run.

I remember watching the show and hearing some of the punch lines and one liners. I was amazed at how much they got away with but not to the point of complaining. I wish they would bring it back, just for the folks who 'got it'. I laughed so hard everytime Hello Nurse walked on scene in sync with a kettle drum as her hips moved from side to side. Bom babba bom bom bom babba bom bom! Funny burlesque humor.

I don't think it's "wrong" at all, haha! (If it is, I'm in trouble!) But in all seriousness, if any fictional character was real, I wouldn't go to bed with them. We can like other people and fictional characters and even aesthetically appreciate a beautiful painting without wanting to do the nasty with whoever or whatever it is.

I'm asexual and I wouldn't mind cuddling with Yakko for hours in a nonsexual manner. I have the biggest crush on him after all these years and I still watch the animaniacs just to see him (and Slappy). I just love his vibrant personality, his wit, his humor, and how good he is as a big brother. To me he is the perfect guy... in a 30's style cartoon and I would love to have somebody like that in my life, in a non sexual way. XD
