i have to make a correction to my last few comments, Dr Kaprowski was trying to be the 1st to come up with the "polio" vaccine and injected people in Africa with SIV in that vaccine, polio not small pox. The CDC must change the classification of HIV, to a blood borne disease and not an STD, and that will begin the end of the stigma and the CDC must re-classify this disease. If u look at the CDC's own classification for determining what an STD is, you will find the HIV does not fit that criteria for an STD, this in turn will change focus to find a cure.
