He is shaped liked arnold primary because both have natural very fast metabolism and are thin genetically meaning slim frames/waist. So most of the weight they put on and add is muscle definition but still maintaining a slim physique. Unlike maybe a jay cutler or ronnie coleman who have a slow metabolism and arent thin genetically
