This is very interesting, but as I understand it this has to be done several times a day (glue is not permanent, obviously). So why not just get the surgery and have done with it? Assuming that you can afford the surgery of course.

Most asians have du eyelid anyway, but have tapered and parallel duo eyelid but some people that have tapered eyelids prefer parallel. That's it.

The only reason I put on eyelid stickers are to make it more deep set so I can put less eyeliner on it. Not because I want to look white.

@shoakman a lot of this reaction is from people who have a very ignorant view of what "looking asian" means. Asians have all sorts of eye shapes, nose shapes etc. So if one asian is insecure about their looks and tries to change it, it means they lack confidence in their apprearance. but it does not automatically mean they want to be a different race. White people do not own a monopoly on large eyes. Srs.

My left eye is a monolid and my right is a double, this means my eyes aren't the same size. I have never felt confident about photography even though my thick-framed glasses conceal this flaw, and after 16 years I think I'll finally look into a camera with pride.
