It has been stated, as evidenced in the video above, that He-Man, not Goku, is, in fact, the most powerful man in the universe. Goku is Sayan, true, but as is recorded in that mighty story called "Green Lantern", we all know that humans are, indeed, the strongest willed of all creatures of the universe. Thus, humans' will energy (i.e., the green stuff) is correspondingly the most powerful. Winner: He-Man.
