Finally...I have found someone with the same hair texture. Idk how accurate these number/letter codes are..but if I were to assign one to my hair it would be the same as yours..I've been natural all my life...but i straighten my hair after i wash it..just recently I have tried to were it in it's wet natural look..still experimenting but I am going to try Miss jessies curly pudding tomorrow..hope it works!

whats does 3c and 4a mean?

It means having multi textures.

You would have to look at a texture chart. They range from 1-4. 1 being straight, 2 being wavy, 3 being loose curls and 4 being dense tight curls or spring coils. The letter c or a represent where in the number you are. 3a would be a bigger looser curl that almosts look wavy like a 2b or c which is on the verge of curly but still wavy. Google hair texture chart. Ther is the Andre system. i don't 100% agree wit his but it's a start.
