For the ones counting time, guys learn to read, first of all, the time is in comparison with the time it takes to make mayo in a traditional manner.

I just wanted to show the trick how you can reduce the time drastically by using this trick with a hand blender.

BTW, the actual process of making mayo did take a minute, 2.53 to 3.54 (ok, I give it to you... a second longer than a minute.) So, there you go..

Should the traveling or shopping time be counted next time? LOL

I don't understand. Your video says Mayonnaise in a minute, but it's 4:47....you must be american to be that stupid. By the way, don't season mayo until after it's blended, you stress the yolks and makes a weaker emulsion
